Rhona Mitra
Mitra was the live-action model of Lara Croft in Eidos Interactive's Tomb Raider videogame series. Angelina Jolie assumed the role for the Tomb Raider films (2001 to 2003). Mitra was placed at No. 46 in Maxim Hot 100 Women of 2000. She was Christopher Lambert's love interest in Beowulf. Her first main role came as Scott Wolf's illicit love interest in Party of Five. Mitra was an unimportant character in the film Hollow Man, which was released in 2000, as a neighbor who gets sexually assaulted by Kevin Bacon. Mitra played the main role of Alejandra Klein in the Gideon's Crossing's medical drama. The characters she played in Ali G Indahouse and Sweet Home Alabama were then followed by roles on Stuck on You and Highwaymen. Mitra played Tara Wilson in The Practice's final season. Then she reprised her role in Boston Legal's spinoff, but was not able to play the same role for the second season. In 2005, Mitra played the role of Kit McGraw during season 3 of Nip/Tuck. Mitra was later to be in Skinwalkers, The Number 23 and Shooter.In 2008, Mitra starred in the principal role in the action/science fiction film Doomsday as Major Eden Sinclair (sometimes mistakenly named in some databases as Caryn Peterson) In 2009, Mitra was cast in Underworld: Rise of the Lycans as Sonja she was the daughter of the powerful vampire elder Viktor (played by Bill Nighy). Mitra was very fond of her vampire fangs in the course of filming. She even refused to take them off when it became impossible to view. "I put those fangs in the first day. It was a bit odd. They stayed in through the entire time of filming, in all my dialogue, and even everything else." Stargate Universe featured three episodes with her.
